Job Description: As a Warehouse Supervisor at Carlson Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring they work efficiently and safely to meet productivity goals.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, to maintain accurate stock levels.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the integrity of products and ensure they meet company standards.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment for all team members.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
